The mayor of Cleaveland vetoed a law that would make organizing a flash mob a misdemeanor crime! It was vetoed due to being unconstitutional (Right to Free Assembly?) in August.
I'm going to look up similar laws like this, because this shows that the legal system is trying to make a change due to these flash mobs.
